POEM - UNGRATEFUL

UNGRATEFUL

Loving life till the shit storm makes its way.
Broken promises of a new life wander away.
In love with the night life. It's such a disease.
Sometimes enough is enough. Time to break free.

A slave to the needle that sticks in your arm.
No care about anyone. No care in your heart.
The fever that chills right to the bone.
Look around and open your eyes and see you're not alone.
Broken is the day the fog of tomorrow.
Wasting away your life, wallowing in the sorrow.
A slave I say to whom you follow.
Your maker you'll meet I'm afraid to soon is tomorrow.

So as I say to anyone that will hear.
Life is precious. Life is beautiful.
Open you heart and shed a tear
for the spoiled and ungrateful.

On the bed that is death.
Looking for one request.
It is all that I have left.
But the ear is deaf cannot hear.
the warning sound blaring aloud.
The death march six feet down.

POEM - Loser

LOSER

No one knows what used to be.
Living is so easily.
Greed is the root of all evil.
Crying for all the people.
YOU - ARE - EVERYONE!
No one is living like this?
What is wrong is what is right.
People are losing a losing fight.
Like the flag RED - WHITE - BLUE
Painted is the shame in you.
Green is the grass on the ground.
Dying for the losing crowd.

Like I said, you don't know.
Forever is a submission hold.
Crazy is how everyone seems to be.
Living is a dying dream.
PEOPLE - PRAY - EVERYDAY!
No one listens to a lying witness.
Losing is right is what is wrong.
People lie to sell you a song.
Like everyone that knows how to lose.
Gifted is the fortunate few.
Blue is the sky up in the clouds.
Dying for the losing crowd.

Lose to fight
Lose to win.
Begin again
Only for it to end.

Like the world that spins round.
Dying is losing crowd.

Poem - Tomorrow

Tomorrow

Tomorrow's gone just like a yesterday dream.
The past has come back and it isn't what it seemed.
Your life goes by like the dust in the wind.
You have to know where you were. To know where to begin.
Like the clock that ticks away as the time pass.
It's your life through the sands of an hour glass.
Can't look at life with one eye shut.
You have to move on without giving up.
Tomorrow just brings another waiting day. Don't hang your head. Don't let it waste away.
With rock bottom, there's only one way to move.
Before you can win, you always have to lose.

Tomorrow dreams like a falling star made of gold.
Look past everything and see what it holds.
Life isn't everything when you're livin' on the bottom.
Keep your head up an see right through'em.
Wishing and dreamin' just see everything that's there.
When the smoke clears, will you still be here.
Tomorrow isn't a given like some things in life.
Everything that's wrong you'll see it right.
See what's ahead and not what's behind.
Don't let the time dictate your life.
Don't fall down and stay down for the count.
Get up and stay up even after the bell sounds.

Tomorrow is just another day just like yesterday.
Don't let it pass you by and fade away.
Dreams live for stars to fall.
To many hold on to nothing at all.
Tomorrow's sun will shine like it did in the past.
The clock will tick an the sand will fall through the glass.
Life isn't everything without a little love.
Spread your wings an fly high above.
Open doors that people say will remain closed.
Cause today's rain will bring tomorrow's rainbow.

My BIG Decision

I have made the decision to get baptized.
Had a meeting this Thursday with the Community Life Minister from my church.

Jason has done so much for me and helping me find Christ. He has taken the time and answered any questions I might have had. I have confided in him what I feel are some of my faults and that I strive to be a better man and most importantly a better father.

This was a big decision that I've struggled with for a long while.

Luke11:13 says If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!"

If I just keep questioning and thinking I have sinned so how can I be saved and still maybe slip up. God just wants you to take that step. He will forgive. He will understand. He will lend a helping hand and walk with you through your struggle to be a better human being. He will be there when all is said and done with open arms just like the greatest father of all should and he will do.

After I realized all that I knew the time was right.

Week after week I watched at the end of service these brave little kids, around 7-10 years old, give their lifes to The Lord. Their braveness helped me.

So it doesn't matter that I might have sinned and that I might still slip up and undoubtedly I will. God will be there for me leading me. The righteous way. To pick me up and show me holy love.

So this Sunday I will be washed by the water. My sins washed away.

May peace be with you all and all your families.

Poem - Ways of Nature

      Ways of Nature

Intoxicating spirit free of form.
Buzzing naturally like a bee.
Unconscious feeling.
Love blooming like a flower.
Freedom inside of me.

Soaring high on a bird's wing.
Nestled in your honey nest.
Sting me with your venom.
Leave me laying suspect.
Suspect from the dew.
Mountains wind blow away.
Flying into the blue horizon.
Everything perfectly molded
onto your shoulder.
Of love beginnings.
To lay snow on your terrain.
To let the sky part
and let the clouds of rain
pour into your valley.
Your valley of sin and hunger.
